From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'HolmQuarry' started with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizzeria was originally a modest family-owned restaurant with recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Rossi, our creator, picked up the techniques of pizza preparation on her excursions across Italy, where she trained with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she set out to offer a genuine slice of Italian pizza, sticking to time-honored practices and selecting only top-notch ingredients.
Our tiny 12-seat pizza shop has now expanded into a cherished local gem, yet our focus on craftsmanship and authenticity remains firm. We continue to use historic wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough on site every day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'HolmQuarry' is still in the hands of the Rossi lineage, with the next generation steering our dedicated crew. While we have adopted contemporary techniques, the essence of our business remains unchanged: to deliver delectable, authentic pizza that brings our patrons together.
